5E3 Cathode Bias

5E3 Cathode Bias
How worried should I be with the 6V6GT power tubes running at 40mA and 38.5mA . The plate voltage is 365v. 12w. The bais table says 24mA at 350v is where it should be to run at 70%. Would increasing the value of cathode bais resistor help? (using 250ohm 5w). How will this effect the sound of the amp? This is my first build. Any help would be appreciated. thanks.
