I am working on two Egnator Renegades and both of them have this 10,000 uF filter swelling up and going bad.

Hmmm. Sitting right next to a heat sink in a wire crowded chassis.

The heat sink is bolted to the SS recto bridge.
This whole PS board however is on output tube side of the chassis, but I think the issue might be more age related.
