Speaking of transformers, I know that Weber used to have a high headroom and low headroom OT for their JTM 45 kits. Is it possible you have something like this?

This seems to be a problem that needs to be fixed BEFORE doing any mods. New tubes may fix the issue.
Where would I find a desing for tube to solid state rectifier ?
Just get a plug-in SS rectifier. Then you can easily swap between SS and tube rectifier. Weber sells them.
I know, but 1- they are designed to imitate tube rectification ( 17V voltage drop ) and 2- I want to be able to do this without having to change a tube...
But thank you for the suggestion !
