UK Suppliers - RS now better than CPC / Farnell

At least in regard of low value orders and good stock levels.
eg with order values above £10 (before VAT), RS seem to ship free next day.
Whereas it’s £17.5 for CPC, and not next day.
And CPC / Farnell seem to be out of stock on a heap of basic stuff, eg many resistor types.
The downside with RS is the minimum quantity, have to buy 5 of a cap you might only need 1 or 2 of.
But they’ve got stock and their prices now seem competitive.

I usually end up buying from all three depending on what I need but until a year a so back, RS was free p&p and no minimum order, that was very handy.

I've just put an order in to MouserUK, we'll see how that pans out.

The Mouser order worked out really well,
They charge £12 P&P unless you spend £33 then it's free so it's not for small orders but I placed my order Sunday evening and it arrived today (Friday).
It was sent from the UK so there were no duty or charges to pay as they state on the website.

Yes, the Mouser service is amazing, and I would have preferred to work up a bigger order and ordered from their wider range, but they were out of stock on some of the resistors I needed.

No just normal internet orders, It was a couple of years ago but that was arrangement.
They're still reasonable and always turn up next day but it can be a problem getting parts in reasonable quantities.
