Hammond 1650t issue

Hi. I am a bit in the dark on how to connect the primaries on this output transformer, any advice here?

Anodes are blue and Brown, 1900 Ω a-a, screen taps are Blue/Yellow and Brown/Yellow.

Here's a bonus. Someone here gave me this to wire a rotary switch for the secondary.
There is another way, using two output jacks.
These 1600 series transformers are a bit of a PITA if you ask me. I think I've got a 1620 on the shelf that's never been used.
