This thing isn’t working, all the wiring looks really good. All my research and I haven’t found one like this. Notice the head shell does t have the tube vent on top. The pcb boards are white. The plaque on back is deferent from others. This one has ecc83 preamp tubes, they look original. Anyone have any ideas what’s going on with this head?

That rusty transformer with the wires going into its top side looks very odd to me for a Highwatt factory build!
Does it have a HT marked fuse on the rear , have you checked and voltages yet?

Also I guarantee you that the amp is not 45 watts of clean power as alluded to on its rear panel!

As far as I can tell it’s a sterling imports Lead 30 but very different from others I have found online. I wonder if it was build towards the end of sterlings time building these amps. Maybe they were using up parts and pieces of what they had to build heads they could sell. The Main things are the pcb boards, head cab and several internal components, caps etc. I finally did get it working, but still very interested in the story behind this head.
