Most modern amps but for dam Mesa in regards to the bias pot!

Sidebar question:

The PT shows the 6.3v CT internally grounded. I assume that means tape it off and bury it?

I would ground it with the HV CT. Otherwise you would be relying on the mounting bolts to ground the filament CT.

Thanks Martin. So internally grounded is just referring to the chassis of the transformer.
