I have the same problem for my 10 th anniversary.
When I saw what the two rock has replied you,that makes me LOL.
Two rock replied me exactely same as yours.
But 4 years ago，my friend bought a Custom Reverb V3.He called the two rock for changing the PT from 110V to 220V.Two rock did the job very nice.
I don’t understand why they won’t do the guidance anymore.

Do you have multi tap transformer or you want replace it?
