I was also asking this myself. That schematic has "350-0-350 unloaded" written on it, but then 370V for the first power supply node, which doesn't add up to me unless I'm missing something?

since i started this post, ive been inside two of these. I definitely agree with the comment that someone made about these things being assembled together in 30 minutes. The two that i looked into both had wires that were literally one nudge from breaking off.

Is this a schem you made up from the image? Or did you actually own this amp? Would be great to know the voltages at the other points.

I've built a few big bottle suprlights. I tried 6l6 but liked kt66 much better.
I've also used el34 the 47k tail in the pi does'nt seem like it would sound very good, Those dropping R in the power rail must be those BC 2 or 3 watters, even with merc mag iron and sozo i can't see that as a 1700$ amp people a crazy.

What did this big tube amp actually sound like? He desribes is as an american (so Fender) amp with great cleans. Is this what it actually sounds like ? The regular 18W Marshalls do not sound like this at all. Is it just the power section that makes such a huge difference? I also know somebody who described this amp as a very good BF kind of amp.

Hi!
I wondering what the 470p between the Anodes does...
These Anodes are out of phase... Maybe against oscilation???
Thank you very much!

Here is a picture of my old Morgan Amps RV35 aka the Reverb Model of the RCA35.
I had Jupiter Vintage Tone Capacitors in mine verses the SoZo Caps I see pictured in everyone else's amp.
Enjoy!
