Does anyone know what amp is it?

Here is a "simple" question. If this amp is configured for Class A, therefore the current should be biased somewhere in the middle of Saturation and cut off. How can I calculate it? i know that cut off will be 0 mAmps, but how do I mesure the saturation current?
