I would like to know if someone has tried an amp with Tremolo trough a Leslie Rotating Speaker

Yes, why not?
On my modeling pedal I can have both on, and in stereo no less!

Tremolo is a change in volume , and a rotating speaker is mild change in volume but with much more of a Vibrato / pitch shift.

What I have found though is that you have to decide on slow or fast in regards to the rotating speaker setting,no revin up or down!

If the rotating unit is set for slow you want the Tremolo to be set for twice that speed, if the rotating unit is set fast then you want the Tremolo speed to be half that.
