I have this OPT I wanna use in next build it's heyboer 5.9k. 4,8,16ohm taps what big bottles would work well with this transformer, amp will be cathiod bias, any help ideas would be appreciated wanna build with stuff on hand I have kt66 6550, and a 272fx Hammond pt :arrow:

The 272FX is 300-0-300VAC and with 5k9 you are right on the border of Trainwreck country. You can run most anything off that impedance...EL34s, KTs...and cathode bias will be nice.

2204 sounds great with around 400 on the plates.
5k9 OT the same for el34s.
