looking for a good trem/ verb unit schematic

In the early Gehring circuit V1B was a cathode follower similar to the 6G15 reverb unit. But the CF did not provide enough guitar signal to the vibrato modulator circuit so Tore T changed it to a gain circuit to provide a bigger signal to the modulator. The output of the modulator was then attenuated to get back to instrument signal level just before being mixed with the reverb signal.

The red components in the V1B circuit provide the necessary gain and the red components at the output of the modulator provide the necessary attenuation.

I think the idea hasn't popped up in this thread yet...

...but whenever you have a unit that incorporates both LFO-based amplitude modulation and a spring reverb it practically begs for "ghetto" echo effect implementation too: amplitude modulate that "wet" reverb signal instead.

That's pretty standard for Fender though isn't it, the reverb was always before the tremolo, so why not in the revibe?

Now that I've finally completed a layout in diylc for a 6G15 with the 6G12-A tremolo circuit added, it strikes me that by converting it to a reverb into tremolo setup I will be able to use the second half of the extra 12AX7.
Might not be able to fit it all onto the ReVibe board though.
