Help Identifying Choke

Got this big SOB with an eBay order where this was an extra. I just wanted a PT off the chassis and got a few freebies. I'm assuming it's an inductor and want some guesses on the manufacturer, value (H), value ($), current rating, etc. It measures 57 ohms. Check out the pics and see if they do anything for you.

Awg of the wire and core dimensions?

Without a Z meter around, you could whip together a quick LC filter & get a pretty close guesstimate of its Henry value. Looks like a big tough one.

If the "138" means what it should, that's Stancor.

I have a C1703 that is rated 4H @ 250mA, DCR 60 Ohms. It has lug terminals but otherwise looks very similar. I think you have a winner there for choke input with a pair of 6L6 or EL34. Here, look at this. One of these?

AWG: Seems to be 18

Phil, I took a good look at those spec sheets you posted and I'm not seeing it match up to any of them, but thanks! And I hadn't even thought about using this thing, given its size, but that's a great idea.

Firestorm, I wouldn't be surprised if Stancor was the manufacturer since the PT I took from the chassis was a Stancor, but I don't see it match up to what Phil posted or any on the link I have to Stancor's full catalogue.

Ok, so AWG18. You need 9000 feet to reach 57 Ohm.
Now we need to know the medium perimeter of the choke to calculate approximately the number of turns, then the induction.
