I want to use an ON/ON toggle switch on the 4 and 8 ohm taps out of the Classic Tone output transformer and run them into one 1/4" jack and make it so I can use the toggle switch to switch between between the two ohm outputs.
This is the switch I have:

How exactly do I wire the switch? Do I just wire the 4 ohm wire on the two top side poles, and the 8 ohm wire to the two bottom poles, and then run a wire wired to the two middle poles to the jack? I feel stupid for asking this question but I want to make sure I do it right. I know just enough about wiring to get me in trouble lol. This is my second amp build, so I'm still kind of learning. I have no issue following a schematic but when it comes to modifying a schematic thats when I have questions like this. I am basing my build off of this schematic.

Yes that will work.
Your switch is a Double Pole, Double Throw.
So it is a double pole or two section switch, each side is independent of the other.
So just use one vertical row of three lugs.
Connect the black or ground wire from the OT to the sleeve of the jack.
Connect the 4 ohm tap the the top lug
And connect the 8 ohm tap to the lower lug.
Now run a wire from the middle lug to the tip connection on the jack.
One position will be 4 ohm and the other will be 8 ohm.
Easy way to figure out the switch or bat position is the bat will be away from the lugs it controls.

One detail, which might be obvious, or not. UP on the toggle connects the LOWER pins, and vice versa. Obvious, if you think about the mechanism of a toggle switch.
