Hi,
This is so simple, but....
Single ended 6L6 (6pi3s-e) amp, Ua ca 310VDC,
OT 5k/8R, core ca5cm2;
1xECC83/12AX7, 1x6L6, 1x12", I need big headroom
and big bottom.
How? fender, marshall - which one?

SE and or Cathode biased is probably not the way to go for what you want. Big headroom can be achieved easier with fixed bias and Push/Pull.
Higher voltage, 6L6's, Fixed Bias, Lower gain is what I would go with.

However, here is a P1 Clean variant from the AX84 project that is single-ended:

Just don't expect an amp with enough headroom and volume for gigging. Might be able to stretch with an efficient speaker.
For that classic big clean tone, I'd go with a Fender blackface preamp (AB763), LTP, and fixed bias PP 6L6's.
