It's basically a Jose. High 1st plate load, 2k7//.68, 68K split, 2K7//.68 470K//470p 470k split, 820r//taste, snubbers, fixed resonance,clippers.

Usually diodes oriented after the cathode follower, sometimes accompanied by a pre-tonestack master volume. Some love em, some hate em. They clip the signal, adding distortion and compression, and volume loss. Search for Jose "schematic" and you'll find a wealth of discussions.shocki wrote:What do you mean by clippers?
