Tolex trick
So I solved my problem today of back panels warping when using neoprene based tolex glue. It would always happen that no matter how quickly I clamped a panel, the plywood on fender style cabs begins to warp (in the wrong direction) right away. Anticipating that I decided to use a wet paper towel and dampen the side of the plywood that I was NOT going to cover and letting it sit for a few minutes before I spread glue on the non-damp side and the tolex. 20 minutes later after the glue had flashed off and I put them together it was bliss. Dampening the opposite side has counteracted the direction of the glue warp. I still clamp panels to a flat surface if I'm not installing them right away, but this trick really does work and I figured it out all by me onsies. It is the small victories.

Which neoprene glue are you using?
