is a STW45N65M5 mosfet okay to use in a vvr ?

I have a few STW45N65M5 mosfets, would this be a suitable mosfet to use in a dana hall type vvr? I've installed the dana hall vvr in a few amps and they are awesome. have a few of these mosfets laying around, what do you think? 50 watt amp.

I'd give it a go (assuming your unloaded voltage is less than ~600V).

I think you'd need a pretty good heatsink for a 50W amp.
