2 rock chassis who can make one

I'm looking for someone to mak a 2 rock custom reverb sig 100 watt chassis. Any takers?

Try 2 Rock, really. They might just sell you one & save any of us the trouble.
You'll be ahead of the game because it will be perfect in every way, no quibbles about dimensions & placement of holes. Likely they use a computer driven milling machine, slide in a sheet of steel and punch the button for the program required. Wait 10 minutes and out pops your box. Remember that song about John Henry. In this case the machine wins every time. OTOH they might worry that you're going to make a counterfeit and turn you down flat.
If they refuse then start box shop shopping.

I'm not going to be doing it for you. No matter who does it, I think more information is needed.

Have you got a scale drawing or is this to be backwards engineered by the maker from a photo?

You want steel or aluminum?

Will you accept loose tolerance for hole placement (where not critical) or do you want exact? This has a direct bearing on whether it needs to be drilled and then bent or if an already formed box of approximately correct dimensions can be used.

The few TR clones I have seen are one offs, which means you have to provide a scale drawing of the chassis in the correct format and either make face plates or if you want the chassis powder coated and silk screened you have to provide a drawing for that as well.

All this adds up to make it almost prohibitively expensive.

Better off just getting a ready made chassis for a ODS amp and go from there.
