Interested in building a single el34, tube rectified amp.

Post by slimchance »

Any feedback appreciated. I'd like to build a Marshall esque type 8-10 watt EL34. Saw one online with an EF86 but no rectifier..any thoughts, schematics, layouts, etc?
Thanks

You might want to check out the AX84 SEL, or the HO with octal upgrade.

I don't think a tube rectifier will help though.

SET doesn't benefit from sag.

No rectifier though... like John said.
