Tube Amp Design Reference Material

So my interest in tube amplification is growing, and I'd like to learn everything I can and form a solid fundamental understanding of their design. I have a basic understanding of circuits from a couple undergrad engineering courses.

What texts, websites, handbooks would you guys recommend and in what order?
