Hi, a friend of mine brought me his head SPLAWN for re-valve , I setting the bias (40mA x tube), but when I checked the anode voltage of the power tubes (EL34) , i measured 380Vdc , this is a low voltage for this type of amp or is a project characteristic?
Anyone have one of this amp for compare?
Thanks very much

Not sure about this amp but it appears you are biasing at 60% which may be too hot.
If you lower the bias, the plate voltage will go up but how much depends on the amp and power supply.

Hi structo , If I lower the bias , anode voltage don't change!
I think to be ok , with this table:

40+ expected. That sounds middle/cool... and if it sounds good it is good.
I bias my low 400 amps right up to 40-ish.
