I use Mentor at work but can't pony up the $25k for home use.
Try Advanced Circuits PCB Artist. Free. They also have a Free DRC website

Anyone else have experience with this? I've got a design I've worked up and i would like to have a pcb made for it..

If you want to do it yourself, Eagle might be your best bet (I hear it has easy learning curve). Or even the PCBExpress/freebees if it isn't too complex. Just be aware of HV clearances (as noted before). Be VERY aware of clearances required for oscillation issues (avoid parallel traces as much as possible).

Just be ready to do a couple iterations if it is high gain (more than two preamp gain stages)
