Fender UL tap percentage question

Just wanted to confirm if anybody knows the truth to the tap percentage on Fender 70's UL amps.

I always assumed they were at 43% which is the normal value for audiophile usage.

Is it true that they were at 20%? (which gives the most power in UL mode but negates the lower distortion specs which UL is most notably used for).

A Schumacher used on a SF SR has UL taps at app. 20 %.
