Give a little thought to how your rig ought to look so you don't end up putting the head on the floor. sh
Depends on the head cab  Just get two their small 8)

Dana,

You don't advertise these cabs on your website word of mouth only? :)

We Just started selling them and I have't had time to update the webpage.
They are now an option with our Lil Devil amp. The EV12L in this cab does 103db with one watt so it just complements the 2 watt Lil Devil so well. But having said that, it sounds great with even 100 watts. We offer the 12L, Fane Medusa (103db) or an Eminience Delta 12a.

I would like to invite anyone on facebook to check us out at Hall Amplification. It is a closed group but just ask for addmission and you can keep up with the lastest stuff going on. We got Tshirts too

Yeah there was a member or two that built larger TL806's so that the amp head wasn't wider than the speaker cab.

They built the expansion part so it is sealed and doesn't affect the speaker volume.

Personally I would widen it the other way so that the cab sits vertical but apparently it doesn't affect the sound to have it laying down.

Actually, the wide TL806 is what I plan to build first, but with the front "lip" also extended for protecting/providing space for the fixed mic.

The "unused" end with be a storage compartment for the cables.

Ha ha,
I am building a d-lator in a re-purposed D-link 26 port 1U rack chassis. That Cisco was an expensive piece of computer gear not so long ago - good to see it in such a class act! Those EV cabs are very cool. When the EV guitar speakers came out, they caught fire. As I recall, they were the only speakers that Garcia couldn't blow up in dimed Twin Reverbs in the end of the 60's or so.

Your rig is too cool, an audiophile's guitar setup ;-) Nice.

I built one a few years ago, and adjusted the dimensionns so my head cab would match the Thiele cab. It's 21.5" wide X 14.5 "high X 10.75 " deep. overall. Inner dimensions were 20" X 13" X 8.532" which made my volume right in line with the thiele inner volume.
