Footswitch enclosure manufacturers

Does anyone know a source for footswitch enclosures that have varying widths to accomodate 2, 3, 4, or more footswitches?

Something like this, but wider. Doesn't have to be this, but anything close might be interesting.

That's the one I used with the three buttons and led's.

Although I changed the color on two of them to yellow and green.

I replaced the cable with a six conductor data type.

That way I can run B+ and ground to the led's and three wires to the switches for the relays.
