Not familiar with that style of B-15 with rotary switch, but I can say that some Gemini's had neon pilot lamps on the B+ supply, so besides the switch, if you have a pilot that ran off the main supply you might have no power to run the amp if the amp is in standby....

thanks for everyone's help. this one has the standard incandescent pilot light.
