Pull V1 then check for hum. Then pull V2 and check for hum. Mismatched power tubes can cause some hum too. Report back.

You could connect the filament center tap to the cathodes of the Kt66 as they are cathode biased. This is a common fix for filament induced hum, if that is what it is.

Follow the fender schematic for grounding. I had problems with the ceiratone scheme as well.

Hey guys,

Good news! I fixed the problem. It turned out to be the first 2 caps grounded at the same point as the output/power section. I regrounded them to the input jacks and voila!

Thanks to everyone who helped and gave suggestions. I am kind of happy that there was a problem as now I have learned a lot more about grounding.
