Well this is what I was meaning. Whether it works with these circuit values or not I don't know - you might want to play around with them. I opted for a more-conventional cathode-biased AC-coupled CF stage just to ensure you get a good low impedance drive, but it probably is way overkill and it may need heavy attenuation (or not?), which what the optional 220k-2M2 is for. Good luck
