.txt full of tube reviews

Hello all,

I found in this forum, but didn't save it, a useful .txt file attached to a post where a (presumably) american tube vendor, in the form of a newsletter of some sort, described his selling experiences with various current manufactured tubes.

Does someone remember it and can link it to me? I tried searching but I don't remember many details and also I doubt that the forum search can find words in an attached .txt.
