Okay here's my voltages:
V1 EF86:
1 - 93
6 - 191
V2 12AX7:
1 - 260
6 - 270
V3 El84:
7 - 361
9 - 371
V4 EL84:
7 - 363
9 - 371
Any thoughts?

I got it going
Sounds great now! Breaks up really quickly..
it was a cold joint on a coupling cap
I GREATLY appreciate everyones help!!

If you really have 370 on the plates with a 120 CR you might want to bump up that CR to at least 150 maybe 180. Eyeball your plates closely with the lights out.

This I what I'm thinkingrp wrote:If you really have 370 on the plates with a 120 CR you might want to bump up that CR to at least 150 maybe 180. Eyeball your plates closely with the lights out.
How exactly could drop the voltage with a zener diode? Which one do I use? Where exactly do I place it?
