Celestion Date Code Question? China or UK?

I have a matched pair of Celestion G12 Vintage 30 speakers.
I have had them for at least 14 years, but can't determine if they are UK built or China built.

Best I can tell this # is 13HJT3903/03

If someone can help sort this out for me it would be great.

Those are UK built
