I bought some G-10 to try and make the boards myself. Somewhere I read the best way to cut it is to score it with a carbide tip knife. I'm still working on the first piece and wondering what some of you have tried?
Or do you just buy blank boards or pre-drilled boards etc...?

I put a dust mask on and use my band saw.
Re: G-10 Cutting
I use the table saw, but like M said, you need a dust mask and eye protection, it's nasty stuff when you turn it into dust.
Re: G-10 Cutting
The best option may well be a tile saw, running it wet keeps the air a little less toxic. I use a tablesaw. Didn't really like the band saw because even with a fence I found the blade would pull on me and I couldn't get a straight cut. May be at least partly operator error, though.

Re: G-10 Cutting
I score mine with an Olfa P-800:

You'll go through blades pretty quickly, so make sure to also pick up some PB-800 replacement blades.
One observation I have is that if you score along the grain of the G-10, you'll get a slightly wavy line (guess it's the nature of the laminate). Still it's not a huge deal since after you've snapped it off, you can even it out with sand paper. However, this does not happen when you score across the grain.
I know you asked about G-10 but it works like a charm scoring Formica laminate too. Here's a preamp board I made:
