What 100k???? Never ever seen it on any Dumble....... ;)

If you go back, you need to remove the HRM.......

100K issue duly resolved.

but, Oh No, lose my HRM ??? - I'm getting to like it too much.

I just cant cure my channel popping issue with independent masters - and so have madly resoldered and put back to an overall master ( with 1M OD level ) before I saw your reply above.

There must be a way for me to cure my channel switching pop - it doesnt pop at all with overall master arrangement. A .01 cap acorss the DC switch didnt cure the problem , Dammit ! I want to keep my HRM.

Any ideas anyone ?

Should I post pics of the set up so someone can spot the flaw. ?

Bear in mind this is the "messy" experimental tweakers chassis so not so neat now Ive been making changes for 2 months !

TIA ....Pedro

I guess you can send the HRM output right to the global master..... No biggie.....

series resistor before the PI ?
I was going to post a question about this too
On some schematic, I have seen 100k resister (may be labeled optional) right after the 1M master before the Preamp out Power amp in jacks.
Wanted to know if anyone used it, and where it would be in the layout.
I have seen some inside pics with a resister (and possibly ceram cap BP) mounted right on the rear jacks. Anyone know what its all about?

Pedro,

Have you tried putting a large resistor on the NC and NO leads of the OD/CLN relays? Say a 44M or 22M

I've seen circuits of that.
