Eyelet size for relay PC board.
I'm finishing up two etched HRM relay boards and I got 1/16" and 3/32" eyelets. The 1/16" ones look too small so I suspect 3/32" is it. Just wondered what size others have used.

Can use eyelets of 3/32 through 3/16 but 3/32 I think is more common.

1/16 are nice and snug if you're only going to put the relay pins and a link to another eyelet where your wiring will terminate, otherwise 3/32 will give you more flexibility.
I always use 1/16 for the relay itself and then 3/32 to the side of the relay. I also use turned-pin DIL16 sockets (with 8 pins popped out) so you have nice, strong pins to squeeze into the 1/16 eyelets and can swap a relay quickly if it ever fails.

Re: Eyelet size for relay PC board.
I've used 1/8" with no problems.
I have moved away from eyelets for relays. PCBS's are more convenient.
