Re: Fender 2-6L6 Blues Deville
The primary side should be
blue red (center) brown
the secundary side (speaker connection)
green (hot) black (Ground)
Disclaimer: If you're a Newb you got to know that you're dealing with lethal voltages here!!!!!
And connecting the OT wrong could be a fatal mistake - so perhaps leave it to a pro!!

Re: Fender 2-6L6 Blues Deville
The only PT/OTs that I am familiar with are Hammond and Weber transformers. I have built many amps from scratch using their transformers but when confronted with a different brand (FENDER)
I take MUCH caution!

Here is the Hot Rod Deluxe schematic which has the color codes for the transformers. This file is very easy to read.

From looking at this drawing I think the taps for 120v primary would be the Black and Black/Yellow wires. Hook them up and see what voltages you get on secondary, aim at 340v-350v (maybe higher) on B+. 6.3v for filaments (maybe slightly higher).
Converted a 4-10 a while ago and was impressed with tone from the Fender iron.
