The vinyl wrap for my Ryan SSS chassis (4 of them) are not working for me, I messed up on all the wraps.
Is there anyone, perhaps Ryan, that can make me some faceplates for these chassis. Powder coating would be great but that isn't happening in my area.

I haven't tried them yet, but all the excellent looking ones that xtian uses are made by https://indcom.graphics/
they seem pretty groovy to me too, and I plan on giving them a try with my dumble modded bassman once I get the chassis ordered and have dimensions.

Sorry to hear your wraps didn't work, maybe give it 1 more try because a faceplate has its own difficulties. The chassis is 3mm thick, adding a faceplate increases the thickness to a point where you no longer can tighten the pots.

Re: Need custom SSS face/back plates made
Mark the trick with the vinyl wrap:
cut the backing paper at about the midway point with a sharp knife, just enough so you don't cut through the front!!! you're just cutting it leave the backing on.
Then position the wrap on the amp so it's in place then use a strip of masking tape across the middle vertically to hold it in place, make sure it's not exactly the same place as the cut.
Take one end and fold it back towards you so you can find the cut on the backing which will be near your masking tape. Start to peel off the backing from this side and start to press it on from the center working back to the beginning or end of your chassis depending on which half you start with, pressing and peeling the backing as you go. You'll then have half of the vinyl cover on perfectly you can then do the same with the other half working from center to the other edge.

I use 3/8" long CTS pots from Mojotone in my builds which allow for chassis and plate thickness.
Lazer engraved Alumamark is very thin and sharp looking for faceplates.
