That looks like a clone to me too! It looks like a Ceriatone chassis with those 8 mounts and faceplates.

Ok, thanks guys, I'm glad it's not just me !
This amp is being discussed as the real deal. I hope the owner wasn't sold this as genuine.
Cheers,
Rob.

Well maybe Ceriatone and Dumble have merged and now called Dumbletone.
Or maybe this is a new Dumble built in 2013.

It does look like a Ceriatone chassis. But the build is different than Ceriatone.

Ceriatone materials.
I have seen much better clones that actually have duped buyers.
But this one should be pretty obvious.

I would say that "clone" is a little too strong a word for an average Dumble style build in probably a Ceriatone chassis. I find it interesting that the trademark link that Jelle posted has an address and phone # for the reclusive Mr. Dumble.

Don't think Mr. D would run heater wires that shabby.

Exactly, whether you are building an amp or wiring IED's, everyone has a signature. Immediately if you have studied the build details of his work, you will see in this amp several things that he normally never does.
