Anyone have front faceplate dimensions for D'lite chassis?

Post by beasleybodyshop »

Built a Dumble style chassis today. Anyone have the hole spacing for the front and rear holes on the faceplate/backplate? I used the search function and couldn't find any.

Don't recall seeing any thing like that posted.

I only have a jpg of the faceplate.

Thanks Mark, I think im just going to print this and use it as the hole template. Do you know if it prints to scale? I ended up making a 19X8X2.5 inch chassis

Here is the hole layout for the CE chassis.

Not sure if the overall dimensions are what you built.

Thanks Tom, this helps me with hole dimensions. I think Im going to measure these out and do a template. If it looks clean enough I will post it when im done - Maybe some other people could use it?

Tom that would work but a Dlite is suppose to be a shorter length chassis then CE.

But I see that the OP did go 19" in length.

I have a faceplate that Shad posted in DWG format I think I could send if you have the software to convert.

Yeah as usual I missed part of the question, the D'lite bit.....

I thought I had a chassis layout for that but I can't find it.

Here is what my D'lite looks like.

Thanks for the photo Tom, that cab/chassis looks fantastic. I think I'm going to do mine just like that.

Thanks Mark.

I did that because with the black knobs it came with I had difficulty seeing where they were set.
