Fane Studio 12B 200W - worth building 1x12 or 2x12 cab ?

Hi

I was just given 2 Fane Studio 12B's by a good friend who didnt need them anymore.

they wont fit the 2x12 cab I have with celestions in so haven't been able to try them in a cab.

Does anyone have experience with this speaker and would it be worth building a 1x12 or a 2x12 cab to go with my 183 clone ?
If so any links to speaker cab design dimensions etc ( I'll search meantime )

Hi Pete,

Can you describe what it is about them that won't allow them to fit your cab?

I have been wanting to try a Fane myself but not if it won't fit.

sure Structo,

cab is sealed front , and the existing cutouts are too tight ( I cant route the cab now ) and mounting holes are in different points.

Thats strange that the Fane would not have the same mounting hole pattern as a celestion.
