Looks like the chassis is wired for LEDS, but none are on the FTSW. Therefore, you don't need the current limiting resistors in the footswitch housing. Going clockwise from the rear the DIN pinout is 3, 5, 2, 4 and 1. If I'm correct in that pin 2 is wired to ground, you just need to have DIN terminals 2&4 and 2&5 each on a switch.

Thanks

Are you able to get the switching to work just by shorting the leads on your cable? Or do you think the footswitch itself is the issue? I would start by narrowing it down that way if you have an extra cable you can work with. Or just try to temporarily jumper the pins to see. I used one of the Ceriatone OTS schematics for my footswitch wiring. That may be a good comparison too.

First things first: does the switching work with the footswitch disconnected? If so.....

If I'm seeing this right.....In the footswitch the orange wires are power for the LED's, the white and yellow are the relay coils and black is ground. If this is the case:

-leave the black ground wires where they are
-remove the LED's and resistors from the switches
-move the yellow/white coil wires to the middle lugs of the switches
-connect the orange power wires directly to the resistors. Connect the other end of the resistors to the anode (positive) side of the LED's. Connect the cathode (negative) end of the LED's to the middle lugs of the switches....

Edit: After looking at the pics in your other thread it appears you already have current limiting resistors on the relay PS board for the LED's. If that's the case then you don't really need the resistors in the footswitch. Just connect the LED anodes directly to the orange wires....

Hi Darin, what was wrong?

How did you fix it?

We all learn from these things! :)

Hi alvarezh
sonicmojo's post got me thinking about 2 other footswitches I had
done for other builds. They worked fine.both 3 switch pedals
I opened them up and used them as a reference
pretty much like Deric posted...the 2 power leads
were throwing me off..I only used 1 of the power leads for both switches
OD and PAB only
like this diagram

Thank you heisthl
I had your FS.gif in front of me also...but sometimes I need a complete
picture drawn for me...sometimes I'm not the sharpest spoon in the drawer
