Source for RN65's

Post by boldaslove6789 »

Looking for a new source for RN65's (or similar). I've been using 1w RN70's from mouser for a while for the plate's on most builds. It would also be cool to find a consistent source for NOS 1w or 2w Mil-spec Metal films (Electra's, Dale's ect). Anybody tried Token RN series (like IRC's) or the Low noise Precision series with good results?

Well since RN is a mil spec there are tons of RN65 surplus across several different manfacturers. However, you are going to be hard pressed to find a consistent source for NOS Electra as the company hasn't existed in 25 years. Matter of fact, the common M/E RN65 and RN70 amp values are very hard to find, period.

I've been gathering up 80-90's vintage Dale FP1s and thats what I'm going to use in my next build.
