Nice job!

I like the Jesus cap, gives a whole new meaning to the electro’s ability to “self-heal”…

Beware the connection where the bias tail resistor terminates. Those Alpha pots are rather difficult to solder to if their backs haven’t been sanded.

BTW, what is the green lead that grounds in front of the Vreg?

Yeah, I don't like to ground the tail like that.
You are depending on the pot mount to keep the ground.

Don't let that smoke out!

Very nice build, man! Please explain the Jesus cap, I don't get it. I had a really long day coming home y'day, 17 hours, no sleep on the plane, and I'm still a bit bagged.

yeah, what's up with the RN65's. I like those on the plates. I've used them in other places but they tend to make the amp sound harsh. I keep it simple with carbon film

That’s all I had laying around. I plan on changing them but I'm finished with out sourcing parts for a while. The amp sounds great by the way :D .

Questions with regards to your Relay problem:

What type of Voltage regulator are you using?
What are your relays rated at, 12V?
What is the blue/red twisted wiring that stretched from the Vreg board to the other side of the chassis?
What is the green wire that grounds in front of the Vreg?

Suggestions & other questions:

Check polarity of diodes in Voltage doubler for Rly pwr.
Check that you have a good ground where the Vreg grounds.
Where does pin 3 of your 5-pin DIN jack ground?
The Vreg filters should ground with the Voltage regulator and not with the power transformer.
Try bolting down the voltage regulator. Right now it looks as if there are wires underneath it.

Nice looking build! Bummer on the relays.

Why 2 twisted + power lines to the relays rather than 1? And where is ground?
