IMO... Perhaps a Dumble inspired circuit but certainly wouldn't call that amp an ODS Clone..Stretch it however you wish!!

Yeah not declaring it as anything just noticed They sketched in ods and was scratching my head kind of.

Top Hat amps are cool. Some of Brian's early stuff looks a bit untidy, but the newer models are very neat. It wouldn't surprise me if he built this as a request from a customer. I've only heard two Top Hats, an Ambassador and an early Emplexador...both sounded great to me.

Not the only one. I had one pass through about 10 years ago. Fantastic turret board construction, low-plate non-HRM 100 watts. Sounded wonderful. Raw and organic OD and a balanced clean.

Soo, what is the verdict, is this a 70's non hrm pre-skyline inspired amp, or something different?
