Tony

First, thankyou for all the the layouts. You sure took on a big workload. Thanks to all the other people who helped you to make it happen. If I was to thank them all individually this post would go on for ages but thankyou all any way.

When you make the sticky could there be one for each generation:- to contain layouts, circuit diagrams if somebody is prepared to do one and have it checked thoroughly and also a BOM having passed the same criteria.

Could also contain any relevent notes to the above. Notes only. No disscussions.

Perhaps another file containing links only to relevent posts in the disscussion pages.

I would also sugesst that in be made Moderator only write and read only for the rest of us plebeians.

If you look at the 124 scematics and layouts file it is around 5 pages, some of which is relevent and some of which is not and this is what I am suggesting is avoided

Thanks Tony again for all your good work.

I look up my dictionary and still my dislexic fingers get in the way.

Hi Alan

I was also thinking of how to lay all of this out and make it as user friendly as possible..
I was thinking of placing them in order of generation with some historical/factual data /info about each and all.... Example:
Here is a X Generation ODS manufactured roughly between 19xx-19xx Some clips or pictures of said genX amp
Who played X amp what recordings X amp has been on
any other useful info which may aid in assisting someone in replicating the sonic footprint of such a gen X ODS including a layout of a D-lator
BOM's or schematics
Much of this valuable info has been posted by Max I've saved and will re-post and have links and will list them again with that generations info along with links to discussions I think might be of some use..
It would be nice if only I were to be able to add to the sticky at this time since this is an on going process and more layouts are forth coming to keep everything cataloged in an orderly fashion without discussions happening in between..I agree..
At some point we can add discussions when it's complete..
I have no time to do any BOM's or schematics however if someone out there is willing to do this or this info exists I have no problem listing or posting these along with generation X's layout as long as they are 100% accurate with the layout and I feel will aid in the build..
This is what I am thinking and yes agree with everything you mentioned..

Hope all this works well

Check out how they did it in the Trainwreck forum.
Pretty nice layout.

Don't let that smoke out!
