I find after about 20hours thing start to settle in. But up to 50 hours I still hear little changes.

I use a signal generator as well as my iPod. I put on music with lots of dynamics, not sure if that helps.

Whenever you solder certain components (mainly caps) you should allow at least 24h to let their values stabilize again...

Tweaking by soldering, listening, soldering again,... doesn't work well to me
