Hi Lefty,
Who was the guitarist? Almost sounds like Hendrix?
Tom

Don't let that smoke out!

I had two originals, Vibe-Unit and a modded Chicken Salad. Sold one of my originals so only have 3 now.
Don't get me started on Tubescreamers!!!!!

Regarding tube layout, is it :-
1 x pre-amp
1 x filter
2 x reverb
1 x P.I

Or no filter and 3 x reverb.

Lost 3 plexi's :( the Marshall would be my pick of the bunch.

That is amazing, just great playing, a really good interpretation!

Just think of the genius that thought it up in the first place... literally from another world, the mind boggles.

The Delica clip is Greg playing we have to synch the video and audio yet for the live show...

I can load audio but Melissa shot camera footage and that audio came out well too..

So we will get more clips up today sorry for delay.

We are busting ass here working till about 6 am every night or morning so
many irons in the fires here.

Great things are coming from Texas though I will just say that.

The live clips show a local player here who brought Greg up to Jam
you will hear a crossfire plexi clone and then Gregs Quinn.

In fairness to the plexi clone the speakers were facing the wall and the Quinn had an open back cab which just filled the entire club..
:)

Oliver is playing a les paul or a strat and Greg played my vigier shawn lane master series with dimarzzio air pups.

His sound cut right through the mix like butter but he was not louder then Oliver it just cut clean through the bass drums and plexi clone !

So the fatter sound you will hear is the Quinn and it kinda eats the entire room !

We have not brought out the SSS amp yet either so things are getting
wild in Texas..

The rig is coming together as is the studio so soon we will have 24 tracks plus here and hd video to boot.

Hang on cause were bringing it just takes time.

Lots of work to do still:

Have to wire all of the Pedals and Rack FX to the GCX switchers
Mod a 71' Bassman 50w to Dumble Ultra Pheonix Spec's
Premium NOS tubes in all of the amps (Mullards, Telefunkens, RCA's, ETC...)
Build a Dumbleator for the Bludotone High Plains Drifter

Wire the rest of the Rack up...

Here's the Config I ended up with:

3 GCX Switchers (1 for pedals, 1 for Rack FX, 1 for Amp switching)

Pedals:
2x Funky Munk Delica Fuzz
Ibanez Tube Screamer
Nadi TD-1
Hartman Germanium Fuzz
Strymon Timeline
Roger Mayer Super Vibe
Sweetsound Ultra Vibe
B.K. Butler Tube Driver

Maestro Echoplex (For Plexi ONLY)

Rack FX:
MXR Flanger Doubler
MXR 1500 Delay
MXR Digital Delay
T.C. Electronics M2000 (with XLR-converters for Line Level) Ran in Parellel
Rolls RotoHorn

Bludotone High Plains Drifter (with a Dumbleator in the Loop & MRX Flanger)

Quinn SDO-Reverb (with the Strymon Time Line, MXR 1500, and TC M2000 in Loop)

69' Marshall Plexi Superlead (with the Tube Driver and Maestro Echoplex on it only)

Funky Munk Dumble Ultra Pheonix Modded 71' Bassman 50w

Frenzel Blutone 50w (for a Leslie Only)

I still have to build the Following:
Funky Munk "Munk" Vibe (UnyVibe)
Funky Munk Delica Octave (Silicon Fuzz/Octavian)
Funky Munk Phat-N-Funk Filter 3 (Mutron based Envelope Filter)
