Tweaking an amp

Since the pots look to be Alpha, that means they have carbon traces, which as you may know are the noisiest type. If you really are into having it super-quiet (and I don't personally think it matters), then you might have some luck switching to the pricey conductive plastic pots.

Amp is now being rewired, I'll report anything new as soon as possible. Today I got the cab - it's wonderfull !
