After many months of searching I found the last two speakers for the Manzamp.
There was a little glitch with the cabinet in that I provided some faulty specifications. The original cabinet in that picture has an odd way of holding the baffle board that threw me, but I think I have it figured out now.

What was the nature of the problem?
Have you heard the amp with both sets of speakers yet?
Initially I thought the Manzamp chassis was put in a 'standard' bassman style cabinet, so I had Taylor build up a 'standard' bassman cabinet with the correct opening at the top.
Turns out this was wrong. There wasn't enough room and the transformers hit the speakers.
Only now do I see that the cabinet in the Manzamp pictures is quite different from a bassman cabinet.
BTW the cabinet Taylor made for me will be used for a 5E3 Fender circuit with 4x10s. I'll post that build in the Fender section.

So it looks like we could not get off so easy by just copying a bassman cabinet. Therefore, I had to analyze all the dimensions in the picture and construct a set of plans from scratch. Here are the new plans:
The Manzamp looks a lot taller then a 5f6 to me from the picture of the back so I had assumed that is what you and Taylor did on your cab especially considering those enormous speakers your using.
Reminds me of the Dumble cabinet I bought from an ebay vendor well known around here. I bought their combo cab because they said it was for Ceriatone Dumble amps, I even emailed to make sure mine would fit. Not only did the chassis not fit the cab but once I modified to fit, the EVM12L speaker was too big and the OT was hitting on the speaker. I now go with Taylor, Gabi, or Henry for Dumble cabs.
MANZAMP Speakers.
This picture shows the speakers I found. I believe they are the original type of speakers that were in the Manzamp. The top two are MusicMan 10" ceramic speakers and the bottom two are MusicMan alnico speakers.
This picture shows a comparison between the MusicMan ceramic speaker (LEFT) and the Jensen (RIGHT) that I originally bought as a 'near-replacement.' You can see the basket is almost the same but the magnet is much smaller compared to the MusicMan speaker.
This shows the Manzamp replica chassis in a slightly modified Bassman cabinet. It fits, but requires putting the alnico speaker up top. This alerted me to the fact that the original Manzamp cabinet is actually NOT a Bassman cabinet and is a unique design.
I had the same issue with my old Kendrick Roughneck, the Weber Silver Ten didn't fit into the cab as it hit the output transformer. I replaced the stock output transformer with a Mercury Magnetics fatstack transformer which required moving again. It sounds great now but it was a hassle, nothing like what you're dealing with but it is frustrating.

The clearance you have between the speaker and the chassis looks very similar to the 5F6-A installation, where the bells had to be removed from the two upper speakers to clear the transformers. The Manzamp photo shows the upper speaker center at almost one chassis height below the bottom of the chassis, so the cabinet must be what, ~2" taller?

Yes, just about. The way I got the measurement for the new cabinet is based on measurements from the speakers I obtained. Once I had the identical speaker to the one in the picture I was able to draw out a perfectly scaled baffleboard based on the distance between the speaker mounting screws. From there I scaled the plans for the rest of the cabinet to fit that size baffleboard. So, indeed it does come out to be about 2" higher on the top.
